The experience resulted in Dr. Pratt's emerging passion for aesthetic surgery and the desire to use his talents to help patients in achieving physical improvements and at the same time, enhancing their self esteem. "As a physician, quality patient care is of the utmost importance to me. I believe that teamwork, communication and patient education are essential to patient satisfaction. It is important to provide as much knowledge and information as possible at the time of consultation to help my patient's make sound, informed decisions. I have found that when a patient is part of the decision making process, the sense of collaboration often replaces their anxiety about the procedure." TestimonialsFrom Tracy in Gastonia, North CarolinaI just had my 1 week post-op after breast augmentation. I am already settling very nicely. I am 43 years old and decided that it was time for a little "makeover." my daughter had her breasts done with Dr. Bednar 5 years ago and she is still thrilled with the results. I am very small-framed and am comfortable with a small C now ( I was barely a b after kids). The look is very very natural and totally fits my frame. I did not want the so-called implanted look and wanted people to wonder whether I had them done or not. i definitely do not want to look like Posh Spice with her two balloons. I am very happy and even my daughter thinks that mom looks hot. My only regret is now that I did not do this sooner. My daughter was my "nurse" and it was wonderful that she saw some of the same faces that she had in the recovery room after her own surgery as well as Sandy the anesthetist. Thank you for everything-I am happy to be a member of the Boob club. From Bea in Charlotte, North CarolinaI had breast augmentation last month and I am more than happy with the results. I opted for the teardrop shape and am a full c/small d with 450 ccs. They look very natural and perfectly fit my frame. I chose Dr. Bednar based upon credentials and a great reputation. Also, he offers more than one implant shape, such as the teardrop, which I was really interested in. Apparently, he has used the implant since inception both for reconstructive and cosmetic reasons. What I really walked away with was an overall great experience with a surgeon who listened and a staff that was very helpful and professional. And, finally I have very beautiful and natural looking breasts that I absolutely love. From K.P. in Bethesda, MarylandI flew down to Charlotte to have my surgery with Dr. Bednar. I did extensive research on the internet and after looking at before and after photos as well as asking about him in chat rooms and other resources, I decided to have surgery there. He is highly recommended and has a wonderful way of explaining all the details to you. It was definitely worth coming all the way down there even though I could have had the surgery in Maryland. The staff was very very helpful and I felt that I could have not been treated better. It has been one month post-op and I look and feel great — he made me look so natural with my teardrop implants — the size is exactly what I was looking for-medium range C cup — I feel confident and very feminine. Thank you for this wonderful experience — I would do it all over again. From S.G. in Charlotte, North CarolinaI had my surgery a few months ago with Dr. Bednar because he came highly recommended and has a great reputation for very natural results — he is also an artist. I love my new breasts and have myself passed his name on to many friends who are interested in the procedure. He is honest and listens — everyone took great care of me and I felt that I had the best care in the world. He is definitely worth the trip if you are from out-of-town. |
