Graduating from the University of Miami, Dr. Rosenstein completed his residency at the University of California San Diego's school of medicine where he studied under some of the nation's top surgical experts and became an instructor himself. The dual board certified plastic surgeon returned to Florida in 1995 where he began practicing in Boynton Beach. As a matter of course Dr. Rosenstein is frequently in conference with his colleagues around the country to stay on top of the latest and most effective surgical techniques. His modern medical offices are located in both Boynton Beach and Delray Beach providing patients with comprehensive, convenient and confidential plastic surgery environments.
