True Life Stories > Courtney's Story True Life StoriesCourtney's StoryMy name is Courtney. I am 25 years old, 5'2" and weigh 110 pounds. I had breast augmentation one month ago. I originally was a 34 A-B and am currently a 34 full C. I considered this procedure for approximately 5 years and finally decided to proceed. It just seemed like the right time to go through with it. I have to say the whole experience was much easier than I thought it would be. It was less painful than I thought and was really just an uncomfortable feeling. It felt like I had worked out too much at the gym and had a muscle pull. I was very sore but I only needed my pain medication for the first 3 days. I had horrible back aches from the pressure which I did not realize would occur prior to surgery. This was the worst part of the whole recovery process. I had trouble finding a comfortable sleeping position for the first month because I am a side sleeper and it hurt too much to sleep in this position. I also had trouble driving in the beginning because it was just too uncomfortable to do. I would tell anyone considering this procedure to make sure you have a good person to take care of you, preferably your mother. If I had to do anything different, I would have done it a lot sooner. |
