Breast implants made
by both Mentor Corp. and Allergan, Inc. automatically come with limited warranties that include lifetime product replacement and financial assistance
for surgery, operating room and anesthesia expenses not covered by insurance. Additional warranty coverage is available for an enrollment fee.
Following
breast augmentation surgery, you should receive an information packet that includes stickers with the serial numbers of your breast implants. These
serial numbers are also submitted to the implant manufacturer and retained in your file by your surgeon. It is important that you keep the stickers
and any other materials that verify your warranty coverage.
