Enroll online in the Allergan ConfidencePlus® Premier Warranty

Recipients of NATRELLE™ style breast implants are already protected against rupture or deflation with Allergan's ConfidencePlus® Warranty Program. The ConfidencePlus® Warranty includes lifetime product replacement in addition to 10 years of up to $1,200 guaranteed financial assistance for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by insurance.

You can greatly enhance your protection by upgrading to the ConfidencePlus® Premier Warranty for a $100 enrollment fee. In addition to your lifetime product replacement, Allergan's ConfidencePlus® Premier Warranty guarantees 10 years of contralateral replacement and financial assistance with up to $2,400 in out-of-pocket expenses not covered by insurance.

Lifetime Product Replacement

Automatically applies to all recipients of certain NATRELLE™ style saline and silicone filled breast implant products.
Regardless of the age of the implant, Allergan provides product replacement in the event of a deflation or rupture due to loss of shell integrity.
At the request of your surgeon, any size or style* may be selected to replace your current NATRELLE™ style breast implant.

* A charge may apply on products with a higher list price.

ConfidencePlus® Warranty

Recipients of certain NATRELLE™ style saline and silicone filled breast implants are automatically enrolled in Allergan's ConfidencePlus® warranty program at no charge.

Also available for certain NATRELLE™ style saline and silicone filled breast implants when purchased for the low enrollment fee of $100 within 45 days of surgery.

10 years of guaranteed financial assistance
Up to $2,400 in out-of-pocket expenses for surgical fees, operating room and anesthesia expenses not covered by insurance
Contralateral implant replacement. At the surgeons request, Allergan will also provide a replacement for the contralateral breast.

Products Covered

NATRELLE™ style saline and silicone filled breast implants listed below and implanted in the United States and Canada after April 1, 2002* are eligible for coverage under the Allergan ConfidencePlus® warranty programs provided that the implants were used:

As intended by appropriately qualified and licensed surgeons in accordance with current and accepted plastic surgery techniques
In accordance with the current NATRELLE™ style implant Directions for Use. Please visit http://natrelle.com/safety_info.html for Directions for Use.

Saline Filled Breast Implants: Style 68HP, 68MP, 68LP, 163, 168, 363LF, 468
Silicone Filled Breast Implants: Style 10, 15, 20, 40, 45, 110, 115, 120, 410

Events Covered

ConfidencePlus® warranties apply only to cases of loss of shell integrity resulting in implant rupture or implant deflation that requires surgical intervention. For a copy of the complete program details and terms click here.

Events Not Covered

The ConfidencePlus® warranties do not apply to:

Removal for capsular contracture
Dissatisfaction with implant size or aesthetics
Adverse reactions other than implant deflation or rupture
Loss of product integrity caused by open or closed capsulotomy
Surgery on the opposite breast to replace an intact implant unless covered by the ConfidencePlus® Premier warranty
Other manufacturers product
Financial reimbursement for a non-NATRELLE™ style replacement product in lieu of a NATRELLE™ style replacement product

Financial assistance and product replacement will be issued upon receipt and verification of the explanted product, the return goods authorization (RGA) and the patient's general release.
